Meet the Women Behind the Golden Hour Society

A S H L E Y

Hi! I’m Ashley. When I moved to Los Angeles 9 years ago, I was excited by the energy, creativity, and endless opportunity—but I quickly realized how hard it could be to form genuine connections, especially with other women in the design world. So much of the industry can feel fast-paced and surface-level, and I found myself craving deeper, more authentic relationships.
That’s why being part of a women’s group has meant so much to me. It’s a space where we truly support one another—where conversations go beyond work, where we uplift each other through challenges, and where real connections are built. It’s a reminder of how powerful it is when women come together with honesty and intention.

As a business owner running my own design company, I’m deeply passionate about showing that women really can do it all. We can build successful businesses, raise families, nurture meaningful relationships, and still make time to be creative, driven, and fully ourselves. It’s not always easy—but with the right community, it becomes not only possible, but incredibly rewarding.
