POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’m so grateful to my lovely friend Cathy Davies @cornishartist for kindly donating one of her limited edition prints with a signed certificate to the @kaleidoscopic_uk charity auction. Cathy is pure sunshine and makes everyone she meets smile. She really is one of the kindest, loveliest, talented (and funniest) women I’ve ever met!

This stunning piece (swipe to see) depicts a storm at Sennen Cove in Cornwall. It is a huge piece and would make a beautiful focal point bringing wow factor and drama to any interior.

It is a Limited Edition of 100, printed onto Hahnemühle 310 GSM bright white paper with white border. Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Also comes wrapped in signature acid free tissue paper. Unframed. Print Size 84cm x 84cm including white border. This piece is worth £425 but the bidding starts at £125 - it’s a total steal at this price! To bid simply click on the link in my bio, or tap on the links in my stories.

Based in her studio in Cornwall, Cathy immerses herself and her audience in beautiful landscapes that explore and occasionally intertwine abstract imagery and realism within her mixed medium paintings. Cathy paints within Acrylic and Oil while also using gold leaf and mixed media to enhance and contextualise her work.

Cathy’s practice is truly explorative and ungrounded, allowing her to express passions authentically. Throughout Cathy’s practice she demonstrates a boldness to create both beautiful and charismatic works, with emotive and reflective narratives, instilling her work with personality, bringing a contemporary twist to classic and beloved locations.

So great to be able to visit the pre-WAF show at the Outlined Gallery showcasing some of Wandsworth’s brightest up and coming artists. Two are from #Tooting! Absolutely excellent work. So pleased we can support the next generation with a bursary and mentors from RAC.
