It’s no secret that we love @sundown.adventureland, especially at this time of year 🎃 🍂 🎅 ❄️

The Halloween decor is phenomenal (so many pumpkins!) and we had so much fun doing their Halloween trail.

As annual season pass holders, we’re so lucky that this is an everyday adventure for us 🧡 The Nipper V6 plus is perfect for carrying everything we need for a great day out.

A sub-25 minute 5K pushing a running pram?! 👀🏃‍♂️

It’s Sunday, the wind is absolutely ridiculous, sleep has been practically nonexistent and I’ve decided to see just how quickly I can run 5K with my little running buddy!

Not exactly ideal conditions, but where’s the fun in making it easy?

The question is… did we manage to break 25 minutes? 👀

Be honest, what time would you have predicted? 👇🏼

It’s better to chase a goal and fall short than never have the courage to try.

Not every day will be your day, but every effort counts. We go again. ❤️

A workout doesn't have to take hours and it doesn't have to be at the gym, this is your reminder to move your body, it doesn't matter how, but trust me you will feel better for it 🫶
I may aswel cancel my gym membership at this point, I very rarely find the time to go! But I'm not giving up! Finding the motivation to train at home is something else 😅 but I'm getting my weights sessions in as often as I can whenever I can and as I've now entered the @greateasternrun 🫣 for 2027 I'm making more use of my @outnabout_official running pushchair 👌

Tested out this bad boy today and jeeeez it was a lot of fun.

Now I can hit some of my easy runs at normal hours of the day because I can take my kids with me, instead of going out for 4am runs.

I’ve got a 10% discount code for you at @outnabout_official if you want one of those for yourself (10/10 would recommend to a friend). Code is SAMBERRYLDN10 and you can find the link in my bio (or go straight to their website yourself and enter code at checkout).

@wollatonhall @parkrunuk with the @outnabout_official double buggy again 🏃🏽👧🏼👧🏼

Started with a mad rush to get there and one of the girls telling me “daddy you forgot to put the music on” 😂 Fair play, priorities.

Still taking it very easy coming back from injury, so nothing quick today. The hills slowed me right down in places, but I made some back on the way down 💨

Love the kudos from the marshals as we “fly” past! The girls wave and shout “thank you marshal” every time 🫶🏼 And loads of nice comments from other runners out on the course too.

Not been running much the last few weeks and I’ve felt a bit stuck at home. Probably a good thing in a weird way with number 3 here now 👶🏻 The girls love parkrun though, and it gives my wife some quieter time with the little one 🤍

Still building back to fitness, but I’m still here!

ad GIVEAWAY OMG! ❤️ I’m so happy to be able to give away one of these amazing Out’n’About Nipper Wagons to one of you.

I’m so happy Out’n’About have agreed to do this! Anyone who knows me knows I love a festival with the kids. I once made the mistake of getting a cheapy wagon and spent the whole festival getting it stuck and trying to find shade for the kids, while looking enviously at everyone else gliding across the field. I remember thinking, “Oh, so that’s the wagon we need!”

I’ve loved Out’n’About for years. I had their single running buggy when Alfie was born, then their double as soon as Ada arrived, and now we have their wagon. I thought we’d only use it for festivals and the occasional trip to the beach to see Tommy’s parents, but we use it ALL the time: pumpkin patches, shopping trips, days out and whenever little legs get tired. The kids still think it’s a treat to ride in it.

The big wheels make such a difference on grass, messy festival fields and sand. I lay the seats flat when the kids want to stretch out. It also has a sunshade and rain cover, which come in handy in all sorts of weather. There so much storage space too!
