Midstates CHAMPS 🏆

Over the moon is an understatement!

My first tournament at my dream school and it couldn’t have gone any better. Blessed to be a part of such a great group. We worked unbelievably well as a team and I’m excited to see what the season has in store for us!

Grateful to have had mum watching the whole weekend in person and Dad staying up the whole night to watch from home!

It was a good weekend for the Shocker Men! The Varsity team led qualifying and then took home the win in the 8 team bracket! The JV1 team led qualifying and then lost in the finals of matchplay. On the individual side, Braden Mallasch placed 5th for an All Tournament Team award! Great bowling to the guys today!

🚨FIRST STRIKE POST-OP🚨

Not exactly how I imagined my practices would look the week before our first tourney of the season, but still putting the work in nonetheless😅 Just graduated from 6lbs to the 8 pounder today and got my first strike post gallbladder removal🥳🏋️‍♀️ My weight restriction should be lifted soon at the 2-week mark, so we’ll be back to normal in no time!

Ojbt tour stop #3
Bowled pretty well through qualifying shooting a 767 to be -33 and made it into cut at the 9 seed in the first round I had to bowl @kadinroller it was a close match all the way through 190-218 in the second round I shot 203 to win that match and in the semifinals I found a really good line against @awesome_koby shooting
249-181 and in the title match had to bowl @trenton_ichimura it was a close title match where it could’ve been anyone match but missed a spare in the tenth to lose to tj 189-197 but I’ll take a 2nd place finish

Was tons of fun on the lanes this weekend with some amazing people.
Threw the @ebonitebowling Spartan Pearl all but one game. This balls is nuts!
Once again all the praise and glory goes to the way, and the truth, and the life which is Jesus Christ!

Village Lanes Summer Series #2 Leader!

I led the field again this week with 759!
(236-236-287), +159

Made it through the first round smoothly with 238. Second round I couldn’t figure out the right lane at all and didn’t advance to the finals; third place finish.

Village Lanes Summer Series #1 Leader!

I threw the ball okay in qualifying but was able to lead the field by 60 pins!
(250-256-265) - 771 (+171)

Made it through the first round. Unfortunately, in the second round I gave @outofthecut the chance to double in the 10th and advance to the finals. Grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to the next one.

Started with #DV8Bowling Mantra, games one and two. Changed to the #BowlWithBrunswick Hypnotize game three and ran the front nine before missing in the 10th frame. Changed to DV8 Double Trouble for matchplay. Pretty happy with how I read the lanes, just gotta work on my execution.

Congrats @onexaday on an incredibly consistent run to the win!
