Some days I don’t need a vacation… I just need a walk through the Old Village. 🌳🏡

There’s something about popping into Out of Hand that just feels like home.

Maybe it’s the familiar faces.
Maybe it’s the front porch charm.
Maybe it’s knowing I’ve run into half my clients here at some point.
Maybe it’s knowing that this shop made my wedding flower arrangements 16 years ago! 🌷

This little corner of Mount Pleasant isn’t just pretty — it’s personal.

It’s where I’ve watched families grow.
It’s where I’ve closed loans for neighbors who turn into friends.
It’s where my boys wave at people they recognize on every block.

I don’t just help people buy houses here.
I help them become part of this community.

And that will always mean more to me than just a transaction. 🤍

If you’re thinking about planting roots in the Lowcountry, I’d love to help you find your place here.

Stopped by @outofthegarden today and let me just say - Charleston, this one’s a must 🌿✨
All the Christmas floral magic, thoughtfully styled, and full of inspiration for the season. It’s officially on my go-to list 🎄💐

Loving the color incorporated on this cake! What do you all think - all white, or add a pop of color?

Okay but seriously… dogs at weddings?! We LIVE for it!! 🐾
Floral collars, tiny bowties, big happy grins — give us all of it! I’m pretty sure every photo we have hanging in our own home has at least one of our dogs in it with us, so I think that officially makes us “dog people”! 😂😂

And whether they’re walking down the aisle or just stealing hearts in portraits after the ceremony, your pups are ALWAYS welcome in front of our cameras. 📸

Reminiscing today and throwing it back almost SIX years ago (HOW) to a forever favorite, rainy day. Won’t you come along with me down memory lane? 🕺🏼
