AUFSTEIRERN 2026 – Tradition trifft Lifestyle. 💚

Graz. Steiermark. Freundschaft. Handwerk.

🇺🇸 In conversation with Out of Order, Jeffrey looked back on being a fan of The Walking Dead’s writing before ever joining the cast, sharing that he used to record the show on DVR and never missed an episode, joking he might have recorded over his own adult content collection just to keep up with it.

He shared that fans started bringing up Negan to him years before any official offer, approaching him at conventions as soon as the character appeared in the comics, telling him he should play the role. Five years later came the call from Scott Gimple and Robert Kirkman asking if he’d be up for playing the show’s big bad, and Jeffrey recalls guessing right away it was Negan, even before they confirmed the name.

According to him, he said yes immediately, signing on for an initial two or three year deal, with no idea that ten seasons and roughly seventeen years of story later, Negan would still be around, standing beside Maggie, the person who hated him for pretty much all of that time.
