I owe you a weekly edit on the grid + this carousel barely scratches the surface of the outs + abouts as of late.

〰️ @feedandfolly kale + quinoa sans onions +
Chicken with lemon tahini dressing came highly recommended + now I want it every Monday for my dt fay days.
〰️ @puritancoffeebeer for a quiet little corner with @flancake for @tsgnwarkansas
〰️ if you aren’t a founding member of @s.a.n.studio then what are you waiting for?! @brittt_ransom is lead instructor + @alex__hesse is the brilliant mind behind this concept. You won’t want to miss this holistic mind/body experience coming early March.
〰️ but first: homeroom mom duties
〰️ hi it’s me — your new associate editor of @tsgnwarkansas
〰️ @ovenandtap hummus + crudités every single time.
〰️ @onyxcoffeelab @themomentary as I put on my consulting hat for @wellandwear clients.
〰️ @onyxcoffeelab rose tea hot or iced is the most delightful daytime treat. @alchemymacarons for the kids per usual.
〰️ landed at a table with wonderful women I truly enjoy connecting with @louise_thadenfield. As a generator I’m usually the one to plan these gatherings. If you want to connect with women — send the text. Make the plans. It will fill your cup when the stars align + your lunch date is easy, organic, + full of laughs.
〰️ @louise_thadenfield hippie hash turned hanger hash for me on a chilly Friday in Feb.

Off to the races — will dump more soon. Until then see you in stories!

Stay well 🍋

Last Call: Only 40 Tickets Available! Secure Your Spot at Sunset Summit 2023 Before It’s Too Late!

THE biggest women’s mountain biking Summit is coming up on September 15th, 16th and 17th! 🌅 Not sure what to expect? Let us give you a little rundown.

WHERE WE RIDE

In the land of OZ! The Ozark Mountains are our playground. Set in Bentonville, Arkansas, the Mountain Biking Capital of the World, we’ve scouted the best venues - indoors and out - for world-class skills and drills with informative programming. Our goal is that you take knowledge and inspiration home with you.

WHAT WE’RE PLANNING

Events will open Friday with a kick off reception, including drinks, hors d’oeuvres and shopping!

On Saturday, we will gather on the Momentary Green where participants will experience different coaching styles through a variety of clinics. This will be followed by lunch, workshops, discussions (and more riding, if you’re up for it)! After an exciting day, we will head to the Ledger for a special keynote discussion by 2x Olympian Lea Davison! This will include a sunset toast 🥂 and will be followed by dinner and dancing.

On Sunday morning, you will have your second mountain bike clinic led by a new all star coach!

ALL ARE WELCOME

We welcome all who identify as a woman as well as women of all backgrounds, lifestyles and skills, to join us. If you need additional support, please let us know.

By the end of the weekend, we hope you ride away with new skills, new friends and new inspiration. All proceeds of the Sunset Summit will go toward funding WOZ’s philanthropic initiatives throughout the year.

Tickets are selling out fast, so get on it! Claim your spot now at wozsunsetsummit.com - link in bio. Let’s Ride (at the Summit) Together!
