Yea we finally made board for Chief this year but I was not selected. For the past almost 48 hours I been doubting myself and everything I have been doing and working towards. Feeling like I shouldn’t care as much as I do. But I received all these messages and more in person. Sailors junior and senior to me. Family, and friends not in the military. It showed me my purpose. Yes I want to be selected to CPO, but the impact I have made around me means just as much and more. Glad I have so much support and belief in me in my corner. Thank you all for helping me stay motivated. Im gonna keep grinding. Keep improving.
