SOUTHSEA, WHAT A START YOU GAVE US 🍒

From our very first dance in February to every moment we’ve shared since… what a beautiful journey this has been. 🥹❤️

Things in Common was born from a simple love for music, bringing people together and creating something special in our city. What we never could have imagined was just how many incredible people we’d meet along the way.

The familiar faces, the new friendships, the hugs, the smiles, the hands in the air and those moments where you look around the room and realise you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

You’ve turned our little idea into something that feels so much bigger than music.

To every single person who has danced with us, supported us, shared our events, brought their friends or simply believed in what we’re building — thank you. You are the reason these memories are so beautiful.

We’re so proud of the community we’re creating together, and the most exciting part is knowing that this is only the beginning.

Here’s to more beautiful people, more unforgettable moments and a whole lot more dancing.

Different people. Shared moments. Things in Common. 🍒🫧🪩

All our love, The TiC family ❤️

Southampton was such a vibe, thank you for the warm reception (and the banging tacos too)
We’ll be back soon…

You’ve heard these songs before… just NEVER like this 🎷🔥

Popular songs. Reimagined as smooth, laid-back jazz instrumentals. 😮‍💨🎶

The RJ Trio bringing the perfect soundtrack for:
🥂 Wedding drinks receptions
🍸 Cocktail hours
🌿 Garden parties
☀️ Daytime events
✨ Sophisticated celebrations

Because sometimes the music should set the vibe… without stealing the spotlight. 🎷🍸

I heard roasts are back from October in @overdraftbars so it felt right to finally share some photos from when we went on a rainy Sunday in March.

Tucked away in Bedford Place, Overdraft are renowned for their banging tacos and craft beer but in the colder months, roasts are where it's at.

Deliciously succulent cuts served with banging roast potatoes, loads of gravy and my favourite, sides of cauliflower cheese.

Booking is advisable but walk-ins welcome. Plus, any excuse to go to Overdraft is good with me ✌🏼
