More money does not automatically make us more generous. Generosity is a habit we build long before we have more to give.

September was absolutely a month to remember. From celebrating milestones to embracing new beginnings. From establishing structure to enduring the testing 😅. From cultivating community to cutting ties where necessary. From officiating weddings to comforting families navigating unimaginable grief. From iron sharpening iron to turning the other cheek 😅😅😅. But this journey of stretching, preparation, and growth is all for God’s glory! And the unveiling of His plan is far from over. October… show me whatchu got!

What an incredible time with Dr. @markbatterson, @wearedreamcollective & the whole @nationalcommunitychurch family!

What a privilege to share on the topic: THE FUTURE OF GENEROSITY and the work we get to do through @overflow_app 🙌🏾

@kimroush and I are also so proud of our friend @britgrellman who led so well and grateful for the RENEW team who hosted space for pastors, creatives, entrepreneurs, artists and makers to DREAM together.

There was big faith in the room. A strong prophetic edge. A diversity of backgrounds. A wide aperture of talents and gifting.

From podcasting… to “pitch events” where we supported an up-and-coming entrepreneur… what a catalytic time for the Kingdom. God is forming something special in DC. Praying for our Nation’s Capital!

Pastors and church planters, there are a lot of things in ministry and church leadership you don’t have to figure out on your own.

Find great people. Find great organizations. Learn from leaders who are already building healthy, growing churches. Check out the tags and give them a follow.

Screenshot this. Save it for later. And send it to another pastor or church planter who could use these resources.

Book launch recap. 😮‍💨

Today was insane. 🤯

If you would’ve told me this morning when I woke up that my book @sunday.by.design would be the #1 New release in Church growth on @amazon. I would’ve laughed at you and walked away.

Between the incredible outpouring of support those of you who purchased a book, I don’t have any words other than to say thank you!

We’re taking the book and the systems on the road this fall and we’d love to have you at the System Design Lab.

➡️ Comment lab and I’ll send you the link to learn more.
