Bodybuilding is more than a sport—it’s my passion, purpose, and journey of becoming. At 46, as an IFBB Pro Fit Model athlete, I’m still challenging my limits, building discipline, and proving that age is never a reason to stop dreaming bigger.

I hope my journey inspires women to embrace their strength, invest in themselves, and chase their dreams at every stage of life. With passion, hard work, and belief, anything is possible. ❤️‍🔥

A little appreciation post for @sam_overloadphysiques @neil_overloadphysiques who have made this season so special 🤍

Thank you for everything you’ve done for me, not just throughout this season but since the very beginning. The endless support, guidance, encouragement & belief you’ve had in me means more than you’ll ever know

You’ve helped me achieve things I never thought were possible, pushed me to become a better athlete & most importantly, helped me believe in myself & what I’m capable of

This season has been such an emotional but incredible experience & I genuinely couldn’t imagine sharing it with anyone else

Of course, we didn’t quite get the outcome we were working towards, but I hope you both know how much I appreciate everything you’ve done to get me this far

It’s so much more than just coaching. The laughs, the show days, the memories & having you both there through every high & low have made this journey even more special. Not to mention putting up with all my emotional moments, overthinking & occasional dramatic episodes along the way 😂

I’m so lucky to have you both in my corner & I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together next 💙

POV: When coming last (14th place) doesn’t mean anything.

Your placing in a show does not define your quality as an athlete. 🏆

Your discipline, dedication, resilience, and the progress you make behind the scenes are what truly matter. One result does not define your worth, your potential, or your future in the sport.

Keep improving. Keep showing up. Keep believing in yourself. Your journey is bigger than any placing. 💪✨

🩷 NPC SOUTH GERMAN CUP 2026 | FIRST SHOW, FIRST LESSONS ✨

What a season 🖤

My second season competing & one I’ll never forget.

From winning my height class & the overall at my first regional, to four Pro Qualifier height class wins, two second place finishes at Amateur Olympias & two more second place finishes to end the season

9 shows, different countries & more memories than I could ever have imagined. I didn’t achieve everything I set out to, but I achieved more than I ever thought possible

Of course, the goal was always my IFBB Pro Card & I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed but bodybuilding is an incredibly competitive sport & no matter how much work you put in, you can never guarantee the outcome. Athletes can spend years chasing their Pro Card & this is only my second season, these things take time, patience & continuous improvement✨

Every show, placing, bit of feedback & improvement is part of the journey I know how much I’ve grown since stepping on stage for the first time & I’m genuinely so proud of my journey & everything I’ve achieved, I can walk away knowing I gave it everything I had

Bodybuilding takes so much commitment, consistency & sacrifice, although this prep has been such a positive experience, that doesn’t mean there haven’t been difficult days, but I wouldn’t change any of it

If you’d told me a few years ago this is what I’d be doing, I wouldn’t have believed you
I’ve never really found something that made me feel like I truly belonged until I found this
I’ve fallen in love with the training, discipline, posing, show days & everything that comes with being a fit model athlete, It’s become such a huge part of who I am

This season has pushed me, challenged me & taught me so much, both as an athlete & a person

For now, it’s time to step back, enjoy some time away from the stage & focus on improvements

The goal hasn’t changed & I’m not done chasing it just yet 🖤
