« Eternal Youth », Cairo, Egypt (2021), by Osama Attar.

Editorial for @overthevisions
——

« Eternal Youth » is a meditation on what it means to be young: a series of fleetingly infinite moments that are lived so freely we forget to cherish them for what they are. Like youth itself, the scenes captured seem as if they’ll last forever, unfettered by the burden of time. Their bright colours, jittering vehemence and innocent exhilaration are testament to both the thrilling experience of feeling young and the apprehension that, despite what we might think, nothing really lasts forever.
