A Brief Alignment

Four pelicans crossed my view as the sun was setting over the Pacific. For a brief moment, one passed directly in front of it.

Cuatro pelícanos cruzaron frente a mí mientras el sol se ocultaba sobre el Pacífico. Por un instante, uno de ellos pasó justo frente al sol.

San Francisco, California.

There are places where the landscape feels less like scenery and more like a state of awe.
Memory, color, and silence.

Río Tinto was one of those places.

Nikon Z8 with NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S at 74mm.
1/200 sec, f/10, ISO 360.
A tight abstract composition focused on color, mineral texture, and the natural shapes created by the Río Tinto landscape.

Río Tinto felt less like a landscape and more like a surface still changing under the light. I wanted this image to stay abstract, while still holding the silence and weight of the place.

📍Vietnam.
In a village on the outskirts of #Hanoi, incense is not just made — it is lived. 🌏
Thousands of red-dyed incense sticks bloom under the sun like ritual flowers, creating a hypnotic mosaic where tradition, time and craftsmanship align. 🔴✨

This entire series is shot from a top-down perspective using a drone 🚁📸, aiming for a purely graphic and abstract view — revealing patterns, rhythm and order only visible from above.

👉 Next week, the same story told from ground level, using the camera, changing perspective while preserving the soul of the place. 👀📷

Would you like to discover this place and photograph it yourself? 📸🌏
If you want to experience it beyond the image, get in touch with us and we’ll tell you how to make it happen.

At Eystrahorn, between a bright setting moon and a soft sunrise, I felt the day slowly switching on. The sea had a lot of power, but the calm light and still water made the whole place feel quietly peaceful.

Here at Hverir you can literally see chemistry at work—minerals and heat reacting around the fumaroles, turning the ground into a natural abstract. It feels calm and quiet, but there’s a clear sense the earth is working just below the surface.

From the minimalist abstract on Route 1 to the misty light over Eystrahorn and this final view of heavy surf dissolving into fog. The series shows how fast Icelandic weather reshapes a single stretch of coast. Light, atmosphere and motion shift in minutes; from calm graphic lines to raw coastal energy.

Where my previous post image reduces the south-coast landscape to pure motion and line, this one brings us back to a real place—still minimal, but full of depth, atmosphere, and quiet drama.
