We swapped the steering wheels for a paddle steamer 😂

The Camp Patriot convoy rolled into Bourke, jumped aboard the Jandra Paddle Cruise for a cruise down the Darling, then hit the road again and headed out to Rose Isle Station for a campout with the crew.

Another cracking day on the road to Camp Patriot 👊

The adventure wasn’t over…

We pointed the Jeeps south and started the journey home, but California had a few more surprises waiting for us. More camp pivots, giant redwoods, incredible coastline, late-night arrivals and some unforgettable places along the way.

There’s just something about cooking at camp that makes food taste better.
Maybe it’s the long day outside, the fire, the cold air, the river next to you, or simply the fact that you actually slow down and enjoy the meal.
For me, cooking is a big part of camping. I get a lot of inspiration from friends like Marcos from @ovrlndx because you can tell how much he genuinely enjoys cooking outdoors, and that makes his trips fun to watch.
Now I’m curious about you guys…
