Manpower Gap.
Probably the most famous jump in parkour history, and one that signifies an era. Both for our culture, and for myself aswell. Ive always wanted to cover this gap, and it couldnt have happened at a better, more important moment in my life. Massive thanks to @dani_owa for having the patience to film me. I'll be working on a longer video showing this whole adventure, but out of respect for our culture, this deserved it's own post.

One of the lines Im most proud of! That tick tack felt grim as hell and Im pretty fucking scared of palmflips, so really happy to be able to do both!

Mis rondas de faro urbano 2024❤️. Mucho love para todos presentes, increíble comunidad 🫂
.

This year is leaving quite a mark on my life. Its not being easy having to deal with some aspects of growing up, and right now Im still injured, but I have to be grateful of the good things that have happened and, honestly, in retrospect, Ive grown a lot as a free runner this year.
I wont be able to train for a couple weeks/months, so ill drop a little recap. There are many clips that Im proud of, but I wanted this video to be short and to just show a few of the moments Ive enjoyed.
Thank you to my friends, team and this lil girl I can happily call girlfriend for being there.

More parkour park clips. Loved doing this two first clips, which gave me an excuse to upload the third one. Glad to be able to diversify a bit.

Happy to tuckle off what at first felt like a huge mental challenge. Probably the scariest side pre Ive ever done.
