Wyskakujesz z samolotu i nagle… czysta cisza w głowie. To moja definicja równoważenia emocji i złapania dystansu.
Każdy z nas potrzebuje swojego „wyłącznika”. Moim są skoki spadochronowe. A Ty gdzie znajdujesz swój reset? 👇

🇬🇧Every day as a physiotherapist, I help others restore their overall balance, which requires me to be 100% present at all times. But to give my best to others, I need a place where I can completely reset.

For me, that place turned out to be the sky. 🪂✨

You jump out of the plane and suddenly… complete quiet in your head. No analyzing, no thinking about treatment plans or tomorrow’s to-do list. Just the present moment, the rush of the wind, and absolute peace. That’s my definition of balancing emotions and gaining perspective.
We all need our own „off-switch.” Mine is skydiving. Where do you find your reset? 👇
