Another Phenomenal Omakase Experience with me & Eugene Hollywood Russell aka One of the Seven Deadly Sins The Dragon 🐉 Gluttony @angry_blackman . Chef Owen @owen.chef did his thing. From his Technique, Charisma, & the way he engages with his customers. He made our time there a Wonderful Food Adventure. Each fish was cut to perfection 👌. Plus the restaurant is in the Perfect location as well. I came straight from work, & met Noelia & Mean Gene there. The Food & Sake were so Good, that time stood still. Each course was like a series of Nirvana. Lathers will definitely be back in the Building for sure. Following magnificent Food reviews from @beli_eats , @eatsbynyc & @foodfindsryan will make your food choices Spectacular 😋.

Just discovered this INSANE omakase spot and I’m literally obsessed 😍

You guys… **15 courses for only $78**?! In Manhattan?! I had to do a double take 💸 Most omakase spots charge double (or triple) this!

The fish is flown in fresh from Japanese markets daily 🐟🇯🇵 and you can TASTE the difference. Each piece was buttery perfection, melting on my tongue.

The chef’s new seasonal lineup was chef’s kiss - loved the torched toro and the delicate uni presentation 🔥 Watching the chef work his magic right in front of you is pure entertainment.

Pro tip: Book ahead! This 75-minute experience flies by and every seat is worth it 💺

Had Omakase at Yokox in the East Village tonight and somehow got to sit at the bar with Owen the head chef and partner of Yokox. We had a 15 course menu that he designed and each course was a perfectly balanced complement to the previous and next course.
He gave us a master class in experience design.
So recommend his place. It’s pure magic. @owen.chef owen.chef

After traveling to Japan for a month, I was seriously missing omakase life. @yokox.nyc came through — fresh fish flown in straight from Japan and every bite tasted incredible 🍣✨

They offer two Options:

• 15-course omakase for $89 (3 appetizers, 11 nigiri, 1 hand roll)
• 13-course omakase for $75 (1 appetizer, 11 nigiri, 1 hand roll)

15 courses for $89 or 13 courses for $75. Every bite was wonderfully crafted by Chef Owen and so memorable, using flavors like truffle, chimichurri, yuzu, onion, ginger, and scallion. 👏

@lilyshapp had previously tried only tuna and salmon but vowed to try everything, and was obsessed with it all. She’s already ready to go back! 🥹
