If you can read the breath you can read thoughts, emotions, patterns and ultimately predict behaviors.

I do it every day for the most impossible to reach humans, global orgs and masters of the universe.

I train people how to read the breath like an intel brief and then deploy those insights accordingly under circumstances the average human cannot imagine.

I created a system and a process.

Rooted in physical pain and medical diagnoses that said “shut up, take your pills and die.”

I stayed on my knees when life put me there and smashed me to pieces.

It was there that I forged NeuroAcrobatics…in an MRI that thought I was dead because it couldn’t detect my breath or my heart rate.

In that space of “barely alive” was the solution.

My breath & my creative thoughts formed a way out of darkness. A way from death to life.

I’ve deployed it to serve.

I’ve pressure tested and refined, reformed and reiterated for 7 years

All based on this foundation.

YOUR BREATH IS A METAPHOR.

This is my friend Owen. He is helping me come back into my body. My first session was really emotional especially while activating my injured leg and @owen_monroy held me with such presence and strength. Our bodies hold so much of our emotion and trauma and this video captures the relief I feel beginning the journey and feeling like I have someone who can help guide me back into a strong body. @liveoakstrength is unlike any other training modality I have ever experienced. They focus on loading the muscles to failure. It’s slow and concentrated and intense but makes me feel SO strong and so empowered already. The space is peaceful and beautiful. This moment is so special for me. It shows me how lucky I am to havea friend like Owen who is able to hold space for all that comes with this return to my body. Emotions and all. Because he knows that to emotions and body are all connected and important to honor while healing. I am excited and hopeful to become strong and fully balanced! Since my traumatic ACL reconstruction 7 years ago I’ve never really felt fully like myself again. My body has been compensating for so long and I feel really out of balance. Which is something I have a lot of shame around. I’ve tried many things to help come back into my body and have often felt hopeless like I would never be the same. I know that to be a Social Artist, I must be strong and connected to my body. A few weeks ago I called my friend @owen_monroy and asked vulnerably for his help and guidance. He immediately offered to help get me strong. So I visited him @liveoakstrength and together we began the journey of coming back to myself. Owen is much more than just a strength coach- he works with masculine and feminine energies and helps people honor the flow of both within them. He is magical and I feel so grateful to experience his support. My first session was incredible and so moving and a huge step towards coming back to my body. All because I asked for help. 💕

Last night I threw the first gathering of my new series The Art of Becoming. It was my first public event since burning out eight months ago throwing Homecoming. It was a night of community, authentic connection, expression and PLAY! First we learned about how to foster our own unique hope generating practice. Then I facilitated the room through my connective experience The Drop In which is built for all levels of social comfort and guarantees 20 genuine connections. Then we finished with a moment of play where I surprised everyone with a ribbon dance party and we ended the night by co creating a hope mural. The night was such a success I had to kick people out at the end so I sent everyone over to my favorite local bar @lost_resort_sf and 15 people were still there at 11pm on a Monday night! This was so much work for me and still I could not have done it without the incredible support of my friends. Thank you to @verdiclubsf for the gift of this beautiful space. @yingxofficial for capturing the entire nights joy @ginakotos for unwrapping 70 ribbons and taking film photos @curiousandie for greeting everyone with such love as they arrived, my friend Eric for capturing content for my speaker reel, and @nathaniel.reagan.ai for inviting all his friends to come and filling a ton of seats! The support from all of you is what makes this work possible.

Last night brought me back to life. It reminded me why I am here and why I push myself so hard to create containers of connection like this. The world needs this kind of love and expression. That’s why I keep coming back to Bali.

You meet strangers… and within minutes it feels like you’ve known each other forever.
Something just clicks.

Maybe it’s the dance.

You dance, you laugh, you make fun of each other.
You’re spontaneous, creative, fully in the moment.
Talking in between songs, giggling, then running back to the dance floor for the next one.

And suddenly a random night turns into a beautiful memory.

Grateful for moments like this and for meeting @inbodiedbysimone and be able to share this beautiful moment together.

In many ways this video sums up my last three months in Bali.
So many dances, connections, laughs, and beautiful humans along the way.

Dancing reminds me how good life can feel.
How good it feels to be in your body.
To express yourself.
To put yourself out there.

The dance floor becomes a little world of its own.
And somehow the energy you find there follows you back into life.

Sometimes I come home so full of energy that I can’t even sleep.
Just grateful.

Thank you to all the amazing dancers and people I met on this journey.

And a special shoutout to @owen_monroy for capturing this moment on camera.

Three months of dancing, connection, and unforgettable moments.
