This message is to all Dayton Flyers, my extended Flyer family and all of Flyer Nation. The University of Dayton is a very special place and that's because of all of you! From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you for letting me be a small part of so many things on this campus during my time at Cousin Vinnys. Working at Vinnys has been the most fun I've ever had in any "job" I've ever worked. A lot of that credit goes to the owner Mo, he always kept it fun and light hearted for all us employees and all while spreading a wealth of knowledge and know how.

In 2020 when prompted by UD students to start an Instagram account, he let me run with it. The IG account has been so special because I got to know so many of you and have formed great friendships over the years. It's been a great device to put names with faces and faces with names and get involved more. I've enjoyed every minute of it and I'm going to miss it all so so much!

I say I'm going to miss it all so much because unfortunately, I left Cousin Vinnys at the end of June. I'll explain,,, this summer has been brutal. Right after graduation we had to put our beloved dog Dozer down after finding out about his tumor and cancer. His last truck rides were on Saturday and Saturday night on graduation weekend while we dropped off my homemade strawberry margaritas to the men of PhiTau, Pierce Daley on Irving and Halftime UD at their last campus show on Stonemill. Dozers passing hit me pretty hard and I missed 2 weeks of work after that. His loss still hits me hard every day. I've missed a ton of work this summer which is mostly attributed to our home situation. 1 year ago as my son graduated OSU and moved out, my mom (Alzheimers) and my big bro Walter (Down Syndrome) moved in after a domestic situation at moms house with her husband.
