Big thanks to @owlshows from the Netherlands for the stage designs and lighting operation! The stage design was truly exceptional. Great job and thank you for the flawless collaboration! 10-meter-high rotating Solid Grooves logo with a custom mosaic finish in Barcelona? No problem! A tribute to Barcelona’s mosaic tradition and Gaudí’s craftsmanship, brought to life on a custom structure with 35,000+ hand-placed mosaic pieces built by us. Countless renders and engineering strategies, lighting design, fabrication, logistics, and many long days and nights pushing through challenges to make it all happen! Big shout out to everyone who helped bring this to life, from sourcing and installing an insanely rare motor, to the technicians, lighting crew, fabricators, producers, artists, logistics magicians, and every pair of hands that carefully placed mosaic after mosaic. It truly takes a village to make something spin flawlessly at this scale, and watching 20,000 Groovers dance in front of it, surrounded by Sonar energy was pretty rewarding and epic! Thank you @solidgroovesuk for the trust and to the incredible team ! @cowboykel @maxi__waxi @kokoskitchens @pao.lopez.art @rene.dot.studio @rene.van.dijk_ @lucien_nicou @jakeperler @laproductivaeventos @444.studios.art @owlshows @malvi.planet @artefaktosas @marwankamel @reinawilde @albertobragado @katari.g24 @popke.snk @crossthehills @mfxengineering @offsonar 2026 thank you !

Fairytale Festival 2026 What a week. For the second year in a row, I had the pleasure of being part of Fairytale Festival through OWL Shows. Last year I was responsible for creating the closing shows. This year I was also trusted with programming and operating the full live show throughout the day, while once again creating the closing shows for the end of the festival day. Fairytale is one of those festivals where everything comes together. A beautiful site, an incredible atmosphere, and most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about both the visitors and the crew. A special thanks to Roy, Dennis and the entire organization. It was impressive to see how well everything was arranged. From the backstage catering and facilities to the FOH operation, the level of care and professionalism throughout the event was outstanding. Many events could learn from the way this festival looks after its people. Thank you for the trust and the great collaboration. I truly enjoyed being part of this edition together with an amazing team, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. Extrema Outdoor ▪️◼️⬛️ While we’re currently working on the new XO26 light designs across multiple areas, we’d like to take a moment to look back at the incredible sets of 2025. For District 5, we created a setdesign focused on depth, geometric repetition, and layers of tilt bars and LED screens. For District 4 and 7, we developed two lighting designs tailored to match the unique energy and music style of each area. Light operators: @bas.vangelder - @bartstofmeel - @ramonmooij93 D5 In collaboration with @crossthehills and @byroxxi Special thanks to @extrema.be @thisislive.group @hoevenaars.licht.geluid.video @ultrasoundtilburg Will we see you this year at Extrema?
