Try this simple shooting drill for better balance ⚖️🏀

Backpedal shooting ✅ improves your balance, body control, and shot preparation.

The key is controlling your momentum as you backpedal, then bringing your weight back toward the hoop as you rise into your shot 🎯

Can You Read the Defense? 👀🧠🏀

Getting your defender in jail is only the first step. What happens next depends on how the help defender reacts.

If the big steps up, the rim opens. If they drop back, take advantage of the space.

🔑 Keys: Staying patient, making the right read (instead of predetermining your move), & keeping the ball protected.
