A few favorite pairings from our desert projects, each with its own personality.

In the powder bath, @matthewfairbankdesign lighting pairs with a custom faucet and antique stone basin. At the entry, Modern Apparatus sconces bring a modern edge to a more traditional mirror, console and collected sculpture. And in the primary bath, Apparatus Talisman sconces detailed in stone and leather steal the show alongside a streamlined, functional custom medicine cabinet.

It’s all in the mix.

At Silverleaf, the home comes to life as the desert cools, with inviting outdoor living, warm light, and seamless connections between indoors and out. Thoughtfully designed for entertaining, quiet mornings, and evenings that naturally drift outdoors, every space invites gathering, conversation, and a slower pace long after the sun goes down.

Designed for the season Scottsdale does best.

Expansive glass, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and spaces that invite you to gather long after the sun goes down. Because the best rooms don’t end at the walls.

You can tell a lot about a home by who it's built for. This one is built for the golfer.

It sits in The Village at Silverleaf, an enclave of just 19 homes, a stones throw from the @silverleafclub clubhouse. Built by @cullum_homes with architecture by Don Ziebell of @ozarchitects This one has a rare offering. It comes fully furnished and turnkey with a coveted Silverleaf Club golf membership, which for the right buyer is the entire point.

So really, all you need is your clubs and a suitcase.

No pool today. Reach out to me for the plans. Renderings for a 17 × 18 pool are available.
