Teamwork is more than just working together, it’s trusting one another, pushing each other to be better, and staying united through every challenge. No matter the outcome, we’re stronger when we work as one and give God the glory.

Bible verse of the day:

-Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 — “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.”

-1 Corinthians 12:14 — “Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.”

This verse reminds us that we accomplish more together than we ever could alone. A strong team supports each other, especially when someone falls or struggles.

Every person on a team has a different role and purpose. It takes everyone doing their part, trusting one another, and bringing their strengths together to succeed.

So proud to support another year of @kerrileewalsh youth volleyball clinics! Best year yet, @p1440foundation put it on right here at home in #mtk at lions field! So grateful for them putting on this clinic and giving our kids the chance to learn from an Olympic gold medalist (and tons of other amazing coaches) and thrilled they include us in the process. Can’t wait for next year!

For me volleyball is the greatest sport in the world and I’m so thankful to @herovolley for creating a week to promote this sport on the east end with inspirational local coaches, young local athletes, pro beach athletes, Olympic athletes and the great Kerri Walsh Jennings! I’m so proud to be a part of this incredible volleyball community and to coach and play alongside the best in the biz to support @hamptonlifeguardassociation and @p1440foundation. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Sun. Sand. Volleyball. Cold plunges. 🤝

Nothing beats cooling off after a day on the court. We had the best time bringing recovery to @herovolley_ and keeping athletes, spectators, and everyone in between feeling refreshed all weekend long.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the plunge. Until next time 🌊❄️

This summer started with a deal… 😄🐩

Before the season, my dad told me that if I put in the work and earned a Top 3 finish at a Beach Volleyball National Championship, he’d buy me a Standard Poodle.

Well… here’s how I earned my puppy! 🏐🐶❤️

🥉 3rd Place – AVP Nationals (Silver Division)
🥈 2nd Place – USAV Beach Nationals (American Silver Division)
🥉 3rd Place – BVNE East Coast Nationals

📈 National Rankings (Class of 2032)
🏐 USAVP: #92 out of 1,394 in the U.S. | 🥈 #2 in Missouri
🏐 BVNE: #9 out of 133 in the U.S. | 🥇 #1 in Missouri
🏐 P1440: #39 out of 111 in the U.S. | 🥇 number 1 in Missouri

None of this happens without so many amazing people supporting me.

💙 Huge thank you to:
🏖️ Mickey Shanks & Natalie Witt at Royale Beach
💪 Jordan Pinto
🗑️ Trashcan Dan
🙌 Play It Forward
💪 Kelsey, Shelby & Matt

❤️ Thank you to my incredible national partners, Ella Oberdas & Kolbi Wilcox, and my tournament bid-chasing partner, Saige Woodside.

Most of all… thank you Mom and Dad for believing in me every step of the way. ❤️

Now it’s time to keep working, get stronger, and get used to hitting on a taller net for indoor season! 💪🏐
