Bloodstock this year was excellent...nearly died in the Fit for an Autopsy pit, Lamb of Fucking God, Leprous burning up Sophie, frogs, tits, chickens, booze, and hangs in the sun with great people...what more could a gal want?

Bloodstock 26.

Decompressed fully after another 5 entertaining days in Derby. Best mates, best bands, loads of bloody chickens!

Somehow it's already been a week since Steph and I took a last minute trip to Bloodstock. My first sober BOA, new camp in a different campsite (spot me hiding in the group pic) and it was such a blast 🔥

We saw so many great sets, the absolute standout had to be Gojira, I've always adored them but two years without seeing them and I'd somehow forgotten how spectacular they are live! Other major highlights would be Ministry, Static-X, Nailbomb (didn't take any pics), Trivium, Emperor (no pics) and The Black Dahlia Murder.

After a decade of Bloodstock being my heaviest drinking weekend of the year, I was so anxious to go back sober, so I'm really proud of myself for doing it! A huge thank you to Steph for driving us and being an amazing friend to spend a weekend seeing bands with. My tenth BOA and definitely a favourite 🖤
