I rolled up to Hachi in the Galleria like a straight Houston boss tryna get that elite sushi fix, valet treatin’ my Tesla like it was royalty, spot lookin’ clean as hell with that dark wood, intimate vibes hittin’ different — perfect for closin’ deals or closin’ on a shorty. Omakase $150? Worth every penny, bruh. 18 courses straight sendin’ me to food heaven, Chef Leo back there cookin’ with straight precision like a sushi samurai, fish so fresh it was still damn near swimmin’.
Scottish salmon meltin’ on the tongue, kanpachi buttery as a Sunday takeover playlist, uni creamin’ harder than my venues on peak night, wagyu hot rock sizzlin’ like it got something to prove. Every piece a masterpiece, sake flowin’ smooth, servers movin’ like pros who actually know their game. Left me in a full-on waddle-walk food coma, but the good kind — that satisfied glow where you know you just ate like royalty.
This spot raisin’ the bar for Houston sushi, no cap. Fresh, flavorful, fancy without the stuffy BS, ambiance on point for ballers and dates alike. If you in the Galleria and tryna eat elevated, pull up to Hachi and thank me later. They got me out here ready to book the next omakase ASAP.
Hachi 10/10, straight perfection. Houston, we eatin’ GOOD. 🍣🔥😂

Blessed to be part of a wonderful crew, building dream bikes and spreading love for all things two wheeled. Happy new year to our staff, customers, partners, family and friends. We’ve got some massive news coming in early ‘24 that we can’t wait to share. Year 13, here we fucking come!! Much love from the Blacksmith team 💕
