I absolutely love hosting these Open Stage nights, where the magic happens every time. ✨

A huge thank you to RendezVous for kicking things off with so much energy! You guys were an absolute blast!

Mat, Adam, Dan, Avi & Cam — you guys absolutely floored me with The Trooper! 🤘 It was the very first Iron Maiden song ever played on our stage, and what a way to make history. That performance blew me away!

Huge thanks to @p_lbarr : sound genious🙏🏻

Can’t wait to see you all again on October 15th for another epic Open Stage — and, of course, to cheer on our good friend @lisa.intheshade at her showcase! 🌟

Oh baby! 🤘🎶

A little clip from the open mic night last Thursday at Fox & Fiddle Danforth! We had an absolute blast getting up there and playing a few tunes.

Big thanks to Fox & Fiddle Danforth and Fred (@fred_boutin_toronto) for having us and for supporting local music. And also to Pierre (@p_lbarr) for handling the sound. We had a great night and can’t wait to do it again! 🎸🔥

A huge thank you to all the artists and listeners who joined us at our Open-Mic at the Kingston House last Wednesday! We had a full house, and it was an incredible night!! You all rocked the house, and we hope to see you at our next one on December 10, holiday edition! Feel free to wear your ugly holiday sweaters & bring on the cheesy holiday tunes!

Love from your hosts,
Fred & Lisa ❤️🎶

Photo credits also go out to @rueshimusic & @amielb while I was onstage ❤️
