To my Hispanic & Latin WOMEN..... There are some things only a Latina/Hispanic woman will truly understand. 🤎 🇵🇷 🇩🇴 🇲🇽 🇨🇺 🇪🇸 🇦🇷 🇧🇴 🇨🇱 🇨🇴 🇨🇷 🇪🇨 🇸🇻 🇬🇹 🇭🇳 🇳🇮 🇵🇪 🇺🇾 🇻🇪 🇬🇶

You grow up surrounded by so much love, culture, music, food, family and tradition that sometimes you don’t even realize how deeply it’s shaping you until you’re older.

Then one day, you become a woman and it all starts to mean something different.

You understand the strength in your mother.
The sacrifices your father made.
The wisdom in your grandparents.
The traditions that seemed so normal growing up but now feel priceless.
The way family has always been at the center of everything.

You begin to understand that so much of who you are was built from the people who came before you.

Their stories.
Their joy.
Their resilience.
Their love.
But also...
Their strengths
Their traumas
Their sacrifices

And there is something so emotional about knowing that now, we are the ones carrying it forward.

We get to keep the traditions alive.
We get to tell the stories.
We get to make our own memories while still honoring theirs.
We get to teach our children where they come from and make sure they feel the same pride we grew up feeling.

Being Hispanic is so much more than a language or a place on a map. It’s in the way we love, the way we gather, the way we celebrate, the way we care for one another, and the way our roots somehow follow us everywhere.

There are parts of growing up Latina/Hispanic that only we may ever fully understand.

And honestly, what a blessing that is.

To come from something so rich in culture, history, strength, family and corazón is an honor I will never take lightly.

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month to the women who understand just how special it is to come from a culture so full of love, strength, history and corazón. 🇵🇷✨

Thank you to my HAUS trainer and HAUS family for pushing me, supporting me, and believing in me every step of the way. ❤️

Today I completed DEKA STRONG in 27:02, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. This journey has challenged me mentally and physically, but it reminded me that consistency, discipline, and having the right people around you makes all the difference.

Grateful for every workout, every word of encouragement, and this amazing community. 💪✨
