as I am nearing another sober birthday, I was given a beautiful reminder last weekend. Recovery is so much more than just being sober. It’s about getting to live, to feel, and experience the beautiful moments that take your breath away. Watching @gxmercy on stage with @ameonnamusic was such a magical visual representation of what showing up for yourself looks like. I’m so proud of you Goiber 🖤

@ameonnamusic just played their first shows so it seemed fitting to rip a little bass cover of Behavioral Health, one of the grooviest intros ive ever heard.

Ameonna!!! @ameonnamusic
I spoke with @pabl0grin in Chicago and told him I'd be there. 🛫 I took a trip to Denver for an Ameonna's debut show, wow! Ameonna is a super-group consisting of legendary ex- @chelseagrinofficial members. I have loved CG for years and these guys getting back together has been a dream come true. 🤘🏼🤟🏼🤘🏼🤟🏼

Ameonna’s first live show and ak’s first show in 10 years did not disappoint! Greyson was loving the “mosh pit” at his first heavy show

The boys are back🔥🔥
@ameonnamusic absolutely crushed it with their live debut.
The incredible live sound.
The iconic back and forth between @gxmercy and @pabl0grin on vocals.
Been waiting so long for this and it was well worth the wait. Looking forward to more shows from the boys.

A little behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been cooking up. 👀

We’ve been putting in the work getting ready to bring AMEONNA to the stage for the very first time. After all these years, it feels pretty damn good to be doing this again.

Joining us on stage for these shows are James Tran of Volatile, and the man, the myth, the legend himself, Michael Stafford. The mastermind behind Chelsea Grin’s Self-Titled EP, Desolation of Eden, and My Damnation.

And making sure we sound as nasty as possible is Brogun Allen, handling our live sound. 🔊

Couldn’t ask for a better group of dudes to share this experience with. 🤝

Salt Lake City and Denver, we’re coming for you. 🫀
