let’s just say this trip was the most selfless I’ve ever been. I came on this trip sacrificing a week of work away from my amazing patients to be here and serve, but this time in a completely different way…I came here on a mission to be a mentor, a leader, and to help grow this amazing profession through all these extraordinary students 🤍

to watch them thrive in an environment completely different than what we are all used to. my heart is so full and I am so blessed I got to witness the changes they made this week and the overall growth in every single person I came across and now consider family. This profession is in good hands 🙏🏼

Having the opportunity to go out and serve this community with such an amazing group of people is one of the most incredible experiences ever. I am so grateful for the growth and friendships I’ve gained from this trip and am so thank you to everyone who made it such an impactful and memorable experience!

#1 It’s not what you get, it’s what you give. This mission trip has shown me what chiropractic is truly about. Serving with intentions, love, gratitude and seeing miracles happen before your eyes. But more importantly the connection that you have with the community. I’m beyond blessed to even have the opportunity to help people in need. This mission trip has filled my cup beyond measures. Forever grateful that God has chosen me for this profession and has allowed me the ability to change peoples lives.

Thank you to @chiromissions for giving me the opportunity to serve with love and compassion. I am so grateful and have received so much more than I expected, and I’m looking forward to serving on future missions.

Seeing immediate smiles on faces and healing happen in real time makes me love what I do, and I’m so thankful God chose me to be in a profession such as this!

1st (of many) trips.

To experience something like this is beyond an explanation. I’m so thankful for the people around me who chose to spend a week of their break to go out and serve a population of people who need it so much. To experience something like this is fundamentally humbling.

Your intentions matter. Jesus chose to love and that’s what I intend to continue doing through service.

I just wanted to dedicate a moment in time to show gratitude for the life I’ve been given.

Thank you to my family for the endless support, I wouldn’t be here if not for you. I can’t say I’ve fully gotten over losing our matriarch, but every action I’ve taken since you passed has been to honor you.

Thank you to my brother and sister-in-law, for providing me with a safe space to grow, where I could focus on my education and craft without having to worry about much else. I wouldn’t be here without yall.

Thank you to my friends. One of the biggest decisions I had to make was to leave the comfort of my friends and family in Kansas, but as one door closed, yall welcomed me to our Dallas family with open arms. When it’s all said and done, I know we can all look back appreciate the impact we all had on one another, from clueless crack addicts to people who will truly change lives, I’m so proud of all of you.

Thank you to my mentors, chiropractic is such a giant umbrella that involves borderline PTs and reincarnations of DD and BJ Palmer, thank yall for showing me that there is a place for me and my value, where hard work and good intentions will drive us to provide the best possible care and service to the populations we serve. Thank you for showing me what it means to be the best in this profession.

Lastly, I have to thank the 21 year old me. At the time, the laundry list of medications I thought would cure me instead drove me to Chiropractic. I had to make the biggest decision of my life to pivot and find a calling that was true to me. Thank you medicine for saving my life. Thank you chiropractic for giving me my life back. And to the students I have had the pleasure of pouring a piece of myself to, thank you for teaching me the true definition of Doctor.

Then one adjustment changed everything. ⚡️

2 YEARS without being able to lift his arm all the way up……

UNTIL NOW. 🔥

Danny was in a motorcycle accident that left him unable to lift his arm up past 90 degrees. He tried physical therapy, rehab, soft tissue, different modalities, but nothing restored his range of motion…

Then came ONE single adjustment. ⚡️

And just like that — his movement was back.

This is what happens when the communication and the signals between the brain and body are restored. 🧠
When the nervous system is properly stimulated… the body can finally do what it was designed to do….HEAL 🤲🏼

It’s not miraculous, it’s just PRINCIPLED CHIROPRACTIC. 🧙‍♂️
