Meet @annanjiekonte Anna N’Jie-Konte ! Certified Financial Planner, entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of Poder Wealth Advisors bringing her powerful message on money to VERY CALIENTE !

Find her episode (Ep 41) in our VERY CALIENTE podcast (YouTube and Spotify) !

Her incredible journey from a jibarita raised in New York by a Puerto Rican mom and a Gambian dad to falling into wealth management, seeing a client balance bigger than any number she had ever seen, and spending fifteen years helping women take control of their money !

Her honest talk on healing the scarcity mindset of “somos gente pobre,” why investing is not gambling or dirty money, how she teaches her three daughters to invest their birthday money, and why the goal is not breaking a cycle but building a new one.

Her powerful refrain that anchors it all : You can work yourself into an early grave.

🍸🌴 A NIGHT TO REMEMBER AT THE SHAG HOUSE! ✨🎬

What happens when television, art, architecture, and a fabulous group of people come together? A little Palm Springs magic, of course! 🥂

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the Season 3 Premiere of Selling Palm Springs on American Dream TV, celebrating creativity, friendship, and the incredible community that makes Palm Springs so special!

From familiar faces and new friendships to cocktails, laughter, and unforgettable conversations, our home was filled with everything we love most, bringing people together and creating memories that last. ❤️

A special thank you to @scott.palermo, @james.sanak, and the American Dream TV team for including The Shag House in this exciting journey. And of course, to @theartistshag, @johnpatrickpalmsprings, and our wonderful guests who helped make this celebration truly extraordinary!

📸 SWIPE THROUGH for a glimpse of the fabulous faces, stylish moments, and memories from behind our green gates!

✨ Were you there? Find yourself in the photos, tag your friends, and share your favorite moment from the evening!

Until next time, we’ll see you behind the green gates! 🍸🌴

Meet @gabynatale ! Emmy winning creator of SuperLatina, breast cancer survivor, and fearless storyteller bringing her powerful message to VERY CALIENTE !

Find her episode (Ep 35) in our VERY CALIENTE podcast (YouTube and Spotify) !

Her incredible journey from arriving in the United States with no family, no friends, and no connections, to pitching a show that every station turned down until one offered her a carpet warehouse, and she took it. Seven years later she became the first Latina to win three Daytime Emmys back to back to back, after losing six nominations before winning one !

Her honest talk on her breast cancer diagnosis in the middle of her best year, why she is retiring the superwoman cape, the thin line between the heroine and the martyr, and why menopause lands right in a woman’s peak earning and leadership years.

Her powerful refrain that anchors it all : Inner voice over outer noise.

Clips from HOME RUN CITY on @foxdeportes and calling the 2013 World Series in Spanish nationally on Fox Deportes. I called every national game on fox deportes from 2013 -2014 including three all star games and the 2013 and 2014 World Series. And I would produce and host HOME RUN CITY from Boston , a travel show about going to the games and things to do about Boston and Boston’s history and more. All morning. And afternoon. Then go call the game. Then repeat the next day. #SportsAnchor #Host #Producer #PxPAnnouncer #Bilingual

Her incredible journey from being born in San Diego to being raised in Mexico and moving to Indianapolis with a plan already set, turning networking coffees into real relationships, and asking a Telemundo producer directly for her shot until he called !

Her honest talk on hosting De Todo un Poco at twenty five, advocating for survivors of domestic violence and trafficking, and why being amable beats talent every time.

Her powerful refrain that anchors it all : Las cosas no te caen del cielo.

Love Very Caliente segment on NBC Palm Springs . I’ve always been an entertainment anchor and reporter. Even as a sports anchor I always brought the entertainment vibe. Since my first show The Arena on MUN2 which was Sports and Entertainment in English and Spanish.
