Every Sunday Runners 🖤

We meet at @candlemakersw11 136 Battersea High street at 11am

Drop our bags & go for a run.

Pace is anywhere between 6 minutes 50 seconds to up to 10 minutes per KM depending if we have newbies and we are running and walking 💪🏽

Today we had a chicken ceaser salad from @pame.gyros and it was sooooo tasty 🤤

And we sat back at @candlemakersw11 as we was having the Network & Work after run club!

Listen I’m in AC all day so I don’t even feel this heat until I leave work.

Yesterday on the tube I sweated in places I never knew I could 😭🤪💦

I haven’t done much running alone lately and I am finding it kind of hard at the moment so I got to keep pushing through when I don’t want to.

Today was my first evening run alone and the main aim was to just get home, get changed and get out. I was ready to stop at 2KM but decided to run home from Tesco’s with our Brioche buns in my hand 🤣🥖

Teehee 🤭

Back Course motivating @the_adventuresofdrepic @runthroughuk battersea parl half marathon,10km and 5km today ..

Its so good when you meet people again that youve had a positive impact on the running journey @caroline_l_wilson .

She remembered back in 2024 doing first half marathon the energy and even tagged us in the story with the snippet of that time..

Today she brought friends to their first half marathon and we brought that energy to get them through @osmangas_ @floryna_buia ,what a fantastic effort and well done ..

Its great to see new people pushing themselves to new limits that they didn't think they could ,long may it continue...

The Inspiration Game ...

More footage coming ,keep your eyes peeled some great stories on the way ...

Is London faster in reverse?

Two @pacepaluk athletes took on London Marathon.

Myself at midnight in reverse.
Handing over the batten to @mghburgess who ran the official @londonmarathon, undoing all my footsteps.

BUT, whose time is who's?
