In Pachavega’s 30-day training, we make over 160 recipes and have a lot of fun creating our own unique dishes—like the green smoothie challenge. Smoothies are a great way to sneak in your superfood powders and other veggies you might not regularly eat (drop a piece of cauliflower into the blender!) Every ingredient in your smoothie contributes to your weekly 40. Ever heard of the weekly 40? 📌 The Weekly 40 encourages you to consume at least 40 different fruits, nuts, seeds, and sprouts each week to ensure a diverse variety of whole plant-based foods in your diet. This diversity helps foster a more resilient and robust microbiome, which is crucial for overall health. A thriving microbiome supports digestion, boosts immunity, and contributes to mental well-being. By feeding your microbes with beneficial fiber, you create an environment where they can flourish, leading to improved overall health. 💜 Despite its purple hue, this smoothie is packed with greens and boosted with Phycocyanin, a blue spirulina known for its anti-inflammatory properties and immune system support. 🥗 Learn to become an intuitive chef with Pachavega’s Raw Food Chef Certification 30-Day Residency Program! 🔔 Only one spot is left for January 26-February 25th, 2025. 📧 DM me for more info or head to the website and snag the last spot!. #MindfulEating #PachavegaExperience #pachavega #vegancuisinecourse #inpersonvegancookingclass #veganculinarycourse #vegancookingretreat #plantbasedcookingschool #learningtocookvegan #plantpoweredhabits #foodismedicine #plantpowered #rawfoodcheftraining #rawfoodchefcourse #pachavegakitchen
