🧡🖤 It has been our absolute pleasure for @octaviosrestaurant to partner with @universityofthepacific .

Commitment to community is one of our core values at Octavio’s and it is an honor to serve the students, athletes and staff. Catch us on the field, next to the pool, along the court and cheering for the Tigers at sporting events.

Grab a bite to eat from the Octavio’s pop up and enjoy a match or game! Look for Nemo - the Orange c10 on campus and there is good food to follow.

Thank you @pacifictigers for choosing @octaviosrestaurant to feed our community. We value your partnership and look forward to student success!

I would NOT have believed this story if I didn't hear it directly from @johnhowardbobo Imagine earning a full Division I baseball scholarship at 15… and losing EVERYTHING because of one bad decision. For John-Howard Bobo “Bo” that was just the beginning.

🍌 ⚾ Bo’s story is truly incredible.

After losing his UNLV scholarship and every other offer, he fought his way back to Division I baseball at the @pacificbaseball overcoming injuries and earning conference honors. Then came @bananaball He tried out, went undrafted, and lost his beloved grandma on the same day.

But Bo kept showing up. And his grandma knew he would (watch the video for the incredible story).

Today, he wears #999 for the @thepartyanimals combining baseball, music, and entertainment. One mistake doesn't define you. One rejection doesn't stop you. And one closed door doesn't mean your dream is over.

I loved this conversation about resilience, accountability, and the power of a great mindset.

🎙️ Listen to Bo’s incredible story on Game Changers this week (link in Bio and comments) #GameChangers @pacifictigers @thesavbananas

Building Connections Across Marin—One Chamber at a Time! ⚾

The Sausalito Chamber had a fantastic evening at the All County Chamber Mixer with the San Rafael Pacifics, joining business leaders and Chamber representatives from across Marin for networking, collaboration, and baseball.

A special thank you to Jack Sherwood, Sausalito Chamber Board Member, for volunteering and helping make the event a success. 🙌

It was also great to reconnect with Toyota Marin's Isaias Reyes and Chamber leaders from Tiburon, Fairfax, Novato, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Mill Valley, Larkspur, and the San Rafael Chamber. These gatherings remind us that while each Chamber serves its own community, we're stronger when we work together.

One of the evening's highlights came before the first pitch, when Chamber representatives were introduced on the field and welcomed the Pacifics players with a tunnel of high-fives—a fun way to celebrate the partnerships that strengthen Marin's business community.

Thank you to the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, the San Rafael Pacifics, and everyone who made it a memorable evening. We look forward to the next countywide gathering!
