🔥 Huge appreciation to @pacificsupports @natepeteru . and Andrea Milford @loganyouthfoyer for bringing your wisdom, experience, and authentic voices into our Managing Triggers and Preventing Burnout workshop.

🔥The power of these spaces comes from people who are willing to show up, share honestly, and contribute to the learning in the room. 🙌✨

🔥 When expertise meets lived experience, the conversations shift from theory to real, practical ways of supporting ourselves and each other in the helping profession.

Thank you both for helping create a space where reflection, growth, and connection could happen. 💭🤝

🔥 Our next Managing Triggers and Preventing Burnout workshop is coming up in APRIL — if you’ve been thinking about investing in your wellbeing and your team’s sustainability.

The way you do one thing, is the way you do everything⚡️

How you treat & respect people
How you eat & train
How you show up for yourself & your family

Bring the same energy to everything you do in life 🔋

2016 → 2026
10 years later.

2016 — living my childhood dream.
I once thought my NRL and Titans days were my peak.
Young, naive, living in reactive mode.
Little did I know it was just a small chapter of what was to come.

2026 — I lead, build, and impact hundreds — daily.
Now it’s a mission bigger than myself.

Same hunger.
Same drive.
A sharpened sword and clearer purpose.

Life has a way of bringing you full circle. I had to go around the world and back in mine. The key is learning to enjoy the journey.

Let’s see where we’re at in another 10 - I’m ready for it🔥

Lately.
Life’s been hectic — another venture in motion — and I’m grateful for it. Every lesson learned on the way to the next destination, constantly sharpening the axe 🪓

Clear mind. Dialled in. Focused work.

More driven than ever to succeed ⚡️🔋
