Happy 2022, everyone! Hope you kicked off the new year with a calendar swap & a page flip. 🙃

We move from @sarah.schlosser.prints snowy December to @pack_tramp’s coded January. Did you know the 19th is Edgar Allen Poe’s birthday?

“I sought an opportunity to work with Cooper Black! I chose to render the type in lowercase, and the drawing simplified, flat, silhouetted, and ornamented with scribbles, in hoping to attribute a bubbly childlike sensibility. I wanted to capture the bounce and joy we associate with spring by vertically shifting and repeating the imagery and in using a more psychedelic color scheme. Likewise, I thought the pastel colors would compliment the retro groovy vibe of Cooper Black.” —@pack_tramp on his 2021 LTU calendar page
