The @paddingtonthemusical stage model is finally coming together! ✨

Bringing everything together was quite the challenge, from integrating the video and projections to balancing the lighting. But I’m really pleased with how it has all come together!

It’s hard to pick a favourite, but if I had to choose, it would be the first image: Paddington Station / I’ve Arrived. The way the projection colours blend with the lighting works beautifully, while the new LED wall, combined with the real pillars in front of it, adds so much depth to the scene. I could look at it for hours!

Stay tuned for more… and perhaps even a tiny bear in a blue coat. 👀🐻

Our little Peruvian icon is coming to Australia! 🇵🇪🐻

For over 60 years this little bear has turned into Britain’s most beloved characters and one of their most famous immigrants.

@paddingtonthemusicalau at its core is a story of belonging and chosen family. It resonated with many of us who sacrificed so much for a better future.

When giving his acceptance speech after winning an Olivier for Paddigton, @jameshameed said that “Paddington reminds us to be welcoming, inquisitive and most importantly kind.”

Let’s keep that in mind, as we watch our gorgeous bear shine because, immigrants, we get the job done! 🙌💪

And to quote Michael Bond, the original author

“Paddington was a refugee with a label. Please take care of this bear. Thank you” ❤️

And that we will! Welcome to Australia baby!
