When you are surrounded by courageous humans, who really want to make a real impact; you can’t help raise your own game, get inspired and you reconnect the dots once again to why you built what you built in the first place. Things click back into place with more ease and flow. Being audacious with your goals, where it’s common your own friends and family may not entirely get it. What do you give someone who takes their padel seriously, but has no interest in replacing their racket every season? Meet @padel.smith , one of the partners featured in The Inclusive Edit Christmas Gift Guide 2026. Designed in Britain and handcrafted in Almería, Andalucía, each racket takes around 14 days to make. Its diamond-shaped head combines a European 12K carbon-fibre face, carbon and Kevlar frame, soft EVA core and full-grain leather grip. At approximately 350g, The Padelsmith #1 is designed to balance power, control and manoeuvrability for confident, attacking play. Its textured surface helps create greater grip on the ball, while the softer core absorbs vibration for additional comfort through longer sessions. The racket is £320, including UK VAT, with free UK delivery and a 60-day on-court trial. It’s easy to post about a gifted product. It’s rarer to actually believe in the people behind it. I sat down with the owner of Padelsmith recently, and honestly, their passion for this brand is real.
