🎾 PADEL 101 — VOL. 00

So, what exactly is padel?

It’s played mainly as doubles on a compact 20 × 10 m court, with walls that remain part of the rally. The underhand serve makes it easy to begin—but the angles, teamwork and tactics will keep you learning.

Born in Acapulco in 1969. Now played around the world—and growing here in La Union.

Have you tried padel yet?

First time trying PADEL and definitely not the last! 🎾🤍

We spent the day at @solaireresort Sports Club Pasay learning the basics of padel with my brother-in-law, Coach @rraphael____ @padel.theory !

From learning how to hold the racket and control the ball to finally getting some rallies in, we had so much fun! 🙌

What I loved most? I got to experience it with my husband and our family. ❤️ Padel is such a fun way to stay active, get competitive, and spend quality time together.

Thank you, Coach Raphael, for teaching us and making our first padel experience such a memorable one!

Want to try padel too? 🎾

Morning miles must be rewarded with good times and excellent coffee.

We stay true in welcoming runners of all paces and faces in our runs, building an inclusive running community, one run at a time.

Run with us on Sunday mornings and let’s have some coffee after, hope to see you there!

I’ve always wanted to offer something to the running community, and the main criteria that I had in mind was inclusiveness — all paces and faces welcomed with open arms to bridge the community together. Not as competitors, but as friends.

@ezrunrunclub is a product of a shared vision that @heymisterdean and I have for a running club. This passion project has been in the works for quite some time now, and we finally kicked things off with a community run last Sunday.

Do follow @ezrunrunclub and stay tuned for announcements of schedules for our open community runs. Hope to see you guys soon!
