POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Friday the 13th - PJ's Padel marathon challenge.

So in preparation for the @padel42sa Guinness
World record attempt in August, I set myself the challenge of playing 8 Padel matches back to back..

competitive matches not friendlies..

90 mins per match not 60..

from 7am to 7pm! 😁

Why, you ask? Good question.. 🤔

I guess I believe that because life is filled with challenges we need to step up and face them.
If we don't test the strength of our commitment to facing these challenges we will never reach our full potential.

I like the struggle of these challenges and I've fallen down many times in life but I've always been able to get back up. This move to Richmond Park has not been easy, it's been downright stressful but the love I have for being on the court and for the people I get to share the court with has been my saving grace.

I love Padel, I live Padel and I am determined to make our 42 hour World Record attempt in August a success! 👊🏽

Matt at @mindandmusclecpt certainly has been putting the work into making us stronger so that we can last longer.. the foundation that we are laying now will help us get to our goal of 42 hours of Padel in June! 👏🏽

It's been an eye opener, I know I can play Padel but I didn't know that my body was this far from top condition, because I think most of us fool ourselves into thinking that we are in shape.

I am also in my late forties so I need to put in extra work to make sure my body can do what I need it to.

Grind time until SHOWTIME! 😉👊🏽✌🏽

The Padel Boykie went back to his old stomping ground and stomped on some 3s 👀😜

That was fun but they don't make 3s like they used to 😅 ..getting ready for a big weekend out this weekend at the Ashton Martin Tournament in Town and of course spending hours and hours prepping for @padel42sa 🤘🏽
