60 seconds. One target. How many can you land? ⏱🎯
The 1-Minute Bajada Challenge 👇
🎾 Technical: placement bajada, control over power
🧠 Mental: max reps, no pause, reset fast
⏱ Stress: the clock never stops
🎯 Zone: dead middle, right between both players. Make them doubt.
✅ Goal: 10–15 clean reps
Comment your number 👇 Save it for your next session.

Most drills isolate one skill. Real matches never do.
In this one, every ball tests three things at once:
Physical: explode, recover, repeat
Mental: hand feed or racket feed? You never know what’s coming
Technical: clean volleys and overheads under pressure
That’s how we train at Padel FVR. Not harder. Smarter.

Platonic on @playtomic .. Tag your padel partner. Not because you’re dating. Because you’d both rather fall over than be mistaken for a couple. 😭

In Spain they say padel isn’t won with power, it’s won with cabeza.
Patience. Lob. Close the net.Chiquita.Repeat
Every point in this reel is a pattern, not luck.

Let me teach you the Spanish way 🇪🇸🎾

In Spain, padel isn’t just a sport, it’s a culture. Patience, smart positioning, and using the walls instead of fighting them. Less power, more intelligence. Build the point, wait for the right ball, then finish.

That’s the style I bring to every session: play smarter, not harder.

📩 DM me to book a lesson or clinic Laisse-moi t’enseigner la méthode espagnole 🇪🇸🎾
