At @xcelpadel in West Palm, the approach is unapologetically hospitality-first. Their in-house restaurant, Olea & Bloom, isn’t positioned as an add-on, it’s a foundational part of the club: “Food and beverage is not a supporting amenity. It is a core revenue pillar.” The intention goes beyond driving sales. It’s about shaping behavior, encouraging players to stay longer, bring their families and engage with the club beyond the court. The result is a fully integrated destination where playing, recovering, dining and socializing happen seamlessly.

At the other end of the spectrum is @padelupusa, where food and beverage was never meant to be a profit center, and always meant to highlight owner Sabah Alsabah’s hospitable ethos. “It’s not just about utilizing every square foot of business. It’s an experience to provide to members that’s lasting and meaningful,” he says. His organic smoothie and coffee bar reflects that philosophy: health-driven, thoughtfully designed, but ultimately taking a back seat to the core product. “Customers come for padel, they stay for food and beverage, not vice versa,” he says. Financially, its contribution is limited, but experientially it’s essential.

Somewhere in between sits @padelhaus, where the model is shaped by urban density and a performance-minded customer base. Their approach is built around a simple but telling question: What does a player actually need after a match, and what kind of space makes them want to linger? Their answer is a functional recovery through smoothies, juices, and clean nutrition, paired with a social layer of beer, wine and sit-down food. It’s a balance that reflects a maturing audience of players who want both wellness and connection.

Brkada is switching things up! 👀🔥

We traded the pickleball paddle for a padel racket and linked up with @tim_p_bainton from @bluechipsportsmanagement for a little friendly competition. 😎

Different court. Different game. Same Brkada energy.

We’re always down to try something new, meet new people, and keep the community growing. Who knows… pickleball today, padel tomorrow, and who knows what’s next? 😂

Brkada is on the up and up! 🚀

I took my very first padel lesson with @padelupusa and I was surprised by how much I love this sport. Using the glass to play is something I’ll have to get used to, but I’m looking forward to much more padel in the future.

And golf too, I’ll never stop playing golf. Don’t worry

Padel Up July USA Padel 100 Tournament Men’s Division 2 CHAMPIONS 🥇🏆

I just played in the third USA Padel 100 tournament at @padelupusa!

I played with @austin_geez in Men’s Division 2. After two decisive match wins in our group round robin, we advanced to the finals, where we put on an absolutely stellar performance to take the win and the Division 2 title!!!!! 🥇

It was a great match, and I have to give credit to our opponents, Tim and Nico, who played well and put up a good fight. Also, shoutout to all the players from @padelplant who made the trip up to DC for this tournament! It was a pleasure seeing and playing by with you all. @sergio_jimz15 @_larrybirdman @deadsetpadel @wingman97 @nicobalbontin @dad.bod.athletic.club

Overall, this tournament was a lot of fun!!! I’d like to thank @padelupusa and @usapadel for hosting and organizing. It was a pleasure playing and meeting many great players during this tournament.

I’m looking forward to playing in the next USA Padel tournament at Padel Up, the USA Padel 250 in August! Until then, it’s time to keep grinding. 💪🔥
