A Morning Thought My coffee Brought by @paechupens is a collection of poems which I had the privilege to have an advance reader copy of 🥹🤍
I don’t usually read poems because I rarely understand them but this was a very different experience, one, I think I can say made me look forward to reading more 🤭 This is a very short collection which makes you yearn for more. I have included some of the poems here cuz I couldn’t for the life of me gatekeep them 😭 I would have loved to include them all because every single one of them is just amazing but hey, read them yourself.

I received this a while back and could only complete reading it now and I’m actually glad I took my time with it. I feel like poems are meant to be felt and not rushed ✨

🌸 Some poems felt like first love. Some felt like loss I never fully named. Others felt like healing I didn’t know I’d reached.

📖 :- A morning thought my coffee brought. ☕️

Closed the book feeling lighter, grateful, and strangely understood.
🌱 Life is messy, love is complicated, and recovery isn’t linear—but somehow, every poem knew that.

Funny how a few words can unlock memories, random thoughts, and emotions we thought we’d already packed away.

As the year comes to an end, I feel lighter—grateful for everything that taught me, even the parts that hurt.

Life didn’t turn out exactly how I imagined, but maybe it gave me what I needed. Closing this book feels like closing a chapter, with a softer heart and hope for what’s next.
