@paganosphilly now has a location in @theconcoursecomcast & I was invited in to check them out. Spoiler alert: the food here is exceptional! I got a chance to talk with both the owner and the chef here & they are committed to creating amazing food using high quality ingredients. They’re even importing some items directly from Italy, such as their cheese and their cold brews and espresso beans. They have several different pizza varieties here but I was told their Roman style pizza was the way to go. The first one I tried was their Margherita slice and LOVED IT! I even though I tried a few more kinds of slices, I kept going back to that Margherita. I also tried one of their Chicken Cutlet sandwiches. I got mine with roasted red peppers, broccoli rabe, and sharp provolone, and this came on a seeded roll. First off, this sandwich was the size of my arm… literally. I could not get over just how massive this was. One bite and I was obsessed. This place has so many more options, I feel like I only scratched the surface of all they have to offer at Pagano’s! I left so full and happy and you definitely will too! When you go yo Pagano’s, don’t sleep on their cutlet sandwiches, & be sure to tell ‘em PFAB sent ya!
