The straps at the end completely humbled me.

We love @pageonepilates for reformer AND now they offer mat classes 👏🏽 they have two formats, mat Pilates and a higher energy full body mat class, which is the one I tried out.

If you’re looking to change up your routine or just want a great burn to the beat of the music, try this class!

the reformer strength flow that’s been living rent free in my brain >>

@pageonepilates

bridge w/ light weights >> hamstring curl

supine abs w/ 1 weight + 1 strap >> cross-body chop (spicy 🌶️)

front lunge w/ bala rings >> row >> carriage drag >> combo

side lunge w/ 1 bala ring >> skater >> outer thigh splits w/ oblique twist

inner thigh splits w/ single arm row >> hip hinge (light springs, still spicyyyy ❤️‍🔥)

bicep curl >> y pull

swan >> heavy chest press

subbed strength last week. not my usual class, might need to be 🤎
