When your waiting on zoom to participate in a panel on racial inequality and MENtal HEALth disparities in the black community. I work from my shoe closet when the little ones takeover the office. I don’t think people know how important these discussions are. Many in our neighborhood, workplaces and schools have become numb and desensitized to trauma and grief. That PTSD cycles can be broken but it must be validated, especially by the “others”. The effects of injustice in the communities have and impact that are displayed beyond what’s presented.... salute to my homie @paging.dr.chanda who created @mindsoftheculture with the shirt.
