Kia ora World šŸ–¤ And especially those who loved the Greatest Friend beer crates filled with records new and oldā€¦and kia ora to whom maybe curious as to what weā€™re up to these days. Well, every now and again we sprinkle the GF love around as a literal non profit organisation šŸ¤˜šŸ½and the 3rd Annual Record Fair on Waiheke Island is one of the little special projects we bring just cos- LOVE. So, - Record player or not, Come along and grab some good vibes at this super fun event šŸ„° Please share it if you are tagged (I can DM you the actual poster if you prefer!) And over the next few weeks we will be sharing and tagging more Record Nerds and Casual Listeners as more vendors come on board and more DJs come into the fold to share their rare findsā€¦ I know itā€™s huge to get here from Auckland if youā€™ve got a crate of records and there are fairs over there everywhere every weekend, but do any have a world class beach and a cold beer and burger a short walk away? Thereā€™s nothing to stop a few of you getting a weekend away on beautiful Waiheke with a carshare and a bunch of records to bring to cover the cost. Thanks so much for continuing to follow along on this Instagram account I promise to bring insight into the other bits of GF, Iā€™ve just had a total dis interest in social media as Iā€™m sure many of you have too this past year especially- as we tug ourselves away and get sucked back inā€¦ Vinyl is a fantastic opportunity to get away from streaming sites and you can purchase fantastic records cheap as- if theyā€™re a bit scratched!! (who cares if youā€™ve got a good needle and are just listening at home!?) In fact at this event, I know for a fact there are brand new releases and reissued classics at bargain bin prices tooā€¦ So Many Classics to start or add to your collection!!! And just what is a ā€œclassicā€ you might ask? Itā€™s something you love. Truly deeply. something that makes you feel good when you play it. Something you could hear again and again. With breaks. Any genre. Any era. Maybe you found it yourself or maybe you let one of our Nerdy Record vendors know what floats your boat, and your mind gets blownā€¦. Thats what a classic is. Ka kite!

How lucky were we to have @pahreeee from @thelabelnz down from Auckland to discuss all things PR! Thoroughly enjoyed her talk and we know those who booked a mentoring session with her got a lot out of it! We love bringing the music industry professionals down here to OĢ„tautahi and also introducing you to the amazing people we have here in our own backyard. #speakerseries #nzmusic #newzealandmusic #artistdevelopment
