Last weekend Bella and I coached our Bubbles teams at the Gasparilla in Tampa. When we walked by this court memories poured into my head. What a blast that was!! I smiled the whole way home that day. IYKYK 😉 🏅 OPEN

This past weekend was amazing. We got to serve at our 4th Winter Weekend, and being part of the student ministry has been so good for our souls.

We played crazy games. Do not ask why my hip hurts. We worshiped Jesus. We heard the Gospel. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything better. Having a front row seat to what God is doing in so many students’ lives has been completely worth it.

This was Annelise’s first Winter Weekend serving as a volunteer. The first time all of us have served together as a family. What a gift.

BVA, a club that I have had the honor and privilege to be apart of for the last 6 and a half years of my life. It has taken me a few weeks to make this post because saying goodbye is too hard. However, I have taken these last few weeks to remember all the laughs, cries, injuries, team talks, cheers, and more. While I wish I could be apart of this club forever and am incredibly heartbroken, I am so proud of everything that it has given me. All the love, faith, kindness and family that this club has poured into my life, I hope to pass on to my girls and team I coach, and I hope to honor this club in the way that it has in my life. I am so grateful for the genuine friendships that I know will last a lifetime, and those are my biggest blessing. I am so incredibly proud of all of my teammates that I have had the privilege of playing next to for finishing 17th out of over 120 teams. And I wanted to say a quick thank you to Coach Broward for believing in me since the day I walked in the gym at 12 years old. Without your support, guidance, and love I would not be the person I am today.
Lastly, I want to thank my dad. Thank you so much for always pushing me to be the best me that I can be. I am full of sadness that this amazing chapter of you being my coach is over, but I am so grateful that I got to spend some of the best memories of my life with you. Not many can say that their dad has coached them in their sport, and I get to say that mine did for my whole club volleyball career. I love you so much dad.
Thank you so much BVA, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

🏐Favorite childhood memory: Christmas shopping with my mom and getting milkshakes from Chick-fil-A afterward

🏐Favorite club memory:
Big south last year winning a set 36-34, playing snorta and eating cupcakes instead of conditioning. 👀

✝️Favorite Bible verse:
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the father, but by me.”
There’s nothing that I do that is because of me, everything I do is because of Him. He is the way, the truth, and the life.

🏐Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the club I’ve played at for over 5 years. BVA is truly one of the places I’m most proud of being part of. The family and friends that it has brought me is something that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Forever grateful that I got to spend my club years playing for this amazing club, culture, and family.

🏐Bella, you never cease to amaze us with your words, actions and heart. You have accomplished so much on the court in High School and Club ball. You were so confident filling in on our 18U team at Nationals as a maybe 13 year old (Feels so long ago)! Now you are a captain on your own 18U team heading to your last Nationals next month! You requested to mentor young players and coach on our 14’s team. You have exceeded our expectations as the girls responded so well under your guidance. To say we are proud of you would be an understatement. What we most love about you is your love of Jesus. Your unwavering desire to lead those around you to Christ. We pray you never lose that quality.
