Even though May is coming to a close, the fight for Mental Health Awareness and Ending the Stigma never stops.
.
As I posted earlier this month, Mental Health Awareness is very near and dear to my heart. I have struggled with anxiety and manic depressive disorder for many years, and it has taken a long time to find what works for me. It’s been a very long last 13 years, But I’ve learned so much through this journey, and I continue to learn. I do currently take medication, I’ll probably take mediation for the rest of my life, and I made peace with it a long time ago. I’m fact I am so thankful that I am even able to have access to it. I need those little white pills to function and that is okay, because I am the most authentic me with them. Don’t get me wrong, there are still bad days, days where I want to cry all day, days where my fuse is short, days where I feel blank, but the truly good days are much much more frequent. So if you’ve ever felt like you’re alone in your journey, just know that there’s another person on this corner of the internet that will always be rooting for you.
.
I have a few shirts available for purchase as well! ($8!) I will happily take orders for more of the “mental health matters” T-shirts’ as well. I hope that you will join me on this journey to ending the stigma and spreading the word that mental illness does not change how incredible you are!

I will be doing limited drops, with the first one being in a few weeks. Each drop will have a new mental health awareness design. I hope that you will join me on this journey to ending the stigma and spreading the word that mental illness does not change how incredible you are!
