Acupuncture doesn’t just work on “points” – it works on your fascia, the connective tissue web that literally holds you together. When we place a needle, we’re signaling this smart body-wide network that wraps every muscle, organ, nerve and vessel. That’s why one treatment can impact pain, digestion, sleep, hormones and mood all at once – fascia connects everything, so acupuncture can reach almost anything. 🌐✨#acupunctureworks #newportbeach #oc #acupuncture #ivfacupuncture

Go - Walk -

It’s way more powerful than I thought.

So grab a friend, take your dog, listen to an epic podcast and go walk.

Find the incredible benefits of walking from the coauthor @drmilicamcdowelldpt of the new National best seller Walk on the @mark_schulein_passion_project podcast.

She’s rad and some of the info I learned kinda blew my mind. 💥

Curious about 🔥 cupping?

This traditional therapy can help with pain relief, reducing inflammation, and supporting recovery after workouts or injury.

Fire cupping works by drawing blood flow to targeted areas, which can ease stubborn knots and tightness that acupuncture alone might not reach. Many of our patients find it helpful for back pain, shoulder tension, and sports recovery.

While those circular marks might look dramatic, they’re typically painless and fade within a few days.

Have you tried fire cupping? Share your experience below! 👇
