Don’t know about fascia yet? Read below 👇🏻

If you’ve done everything the physio said and you’re still injured, then clearly something is missing.

20% of the body was thrown away during human anatomy dissection - which was the fascia. Your physios didn’t learn about it! That’s why they don’t understand how to address it.

You may know fascia as ‘collagen’. This is one component but fascia plays SO many roles in the body.

It’s the #1 sensory organ (responsible for pain).
86% of all injuries occur on the fascia (far more than muscle!!) - Wilke, 2019
It connects the body through ONE continuous piece - holding the body together through tension with no beginning or end.

If you get injured, the (good) tension breaks and compensations occur. Without addressing fascia’s properties, you CANNOT overcome these compensations.

Lifting weights wont do it - the science is about strengthening the muscle, not fascia’s properties. In fact lifting weights makes the fascia more disorganised and thickened/dehydrated (like an old person).

We are built from results at HFT. People come to us when the mainstream traditional approaches fail. Thanks coach Chong, for your work that had helps countless people.
